My Motivation
I live in the Seattle, WA area but I am originally from Ural, Russia. I came to America when I was only seven years old with my mom. I remember how hard she worked every single day to give me the best opportunities, she was a single mom working full time but I never felt like I lacked anything. She was my mom, my dad, and my best friend. When we first got to America I absolutely hated it, I didn't speak English and it was very difficult for me to make friends. This left me with a lot of free time so I read a lot and studied hard, and eventually it got easier. It wasn't until I was 16 that I realized what my mom really did for me. She gave me the chance to pursue the American dream and make something of myself. I work hard every single day because of this. I know that I have something to prove.
